• Hourly Rate: $35/hr

2. Networking Support

Having issues with your Wi-Fi, routers, or network configuration? We’ll set it all up for you or fix your existing setup, so you can get back online without the headache.

• Hourly Rate: $40/hr

  • Router & modem setup

  • Home network configuration (Wi-Fi, LAN, etc.)

3. Consultation Services

• Consultation Fee: $55/hr

Callout Fee for Immediate Assistance

For customers who need urgent, on-site support, we offer immediate assistance with a callout fee to cover our travel and time. This fee ensures we can be there quickly to resolve your tech emergency.

• Callout Fee: $25 (for immediate on-site assistance)

Important Pricing Note

We have a 1-hour minimum charge for all jobs. If we don’t complete the task in under an hour, we still charge for the full hour. Once we hit the 1-hour mark, we count that as 2 hours of work, just to keep things fair and aligned with our time management.
